Structured training paired with honest nutrition guidance. Sustainable fat loss and body recomposition, not crash diets or quick fixes.

Rehabilitation

Coming back from an injury, or stuck with pain that won't resolve? With my Mensendieck background, I bridge the gap between rehab and real training, so you don't just recover. You come back stronger.

Mobility

Move freely and without compensation. Targeted mobility work for shoulders, hips, and spine. The stuff that lets everything else in the gym (and in life) feel easier.

Mensendieck Exercise Therapy

Posture, breathing patterns, scoliosis support, office-body fixes. Mensendieck-informed work that builds the foundation before you load it.

Toning & Shaping

Training focused on lean muscle definition and body composition, paired with the conditioning and recovery habits that make it stick.
