My story
Since childhood, I've been passionate about sports, movement, and helping people. When I first started training myself, I often felt unsure about what worked and what didn't. I made mistakes with technique, nutrition, and balance, but those lessons shaped the coach I am today.
Now, I use that experience to guide others through their own journey. My background as a Mensendieck exercise therapist allows me to understand the body in depth, while my experience as a personal trainer helps me translate that knowledge into practical, effective training.
My goal is simple: to help people feel good in their own skin. Whether you're starting out, recovering from an injury, or looking to take your training to the next level, I'll make sure you move better, feel stronger, and enjoy the process along the way.
